Abstract
Swellings in the head and neck region may present a diagnostic dilemma to the clinician as well as the pathologist. Rosai Dorfmans disease is a relatively new entity that was described in 1969 by Rosai and Dorfman. We report a series of 3 cases of Rosai Dorfmans disease with head and neck manifestations that presented in our institution.
