Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of the current state of Ukraine's trade sector and the comparison of its indicators with world tendencies. The structure of the Ukrainian economy according to different indicators is considered. It is determined that the trade is the leading branch of Ukrainian economy because it ranks first in the number of business entities and the sales volume of goods. Also, the trade is second after industry in the number of employed and hired workers. The structure of export-import of goods and services in Ukraine is determined. It is obtained that the structure of merchandise exports of Ukraine corresponds to the structure of world trade because there dominate industrial goods, agricultural products, fuel and mining products. The merchandise imports of Ukraine have a similar structure. Ukrainian export of services is presented by transport services, other commercial services, services related to goods and travel. Consequently, the trade turnover of Ukraine corresponds to the global one. Therefore, the country's trade sector is developing in the context of global trends. Thus, external and internal trade in goods and services is important part of Ukrainian economy, providing the most share of revenues to the state budget. The approaches of domestic and foreign scientists to the definition of anti-crisis management of the enterprise are considered. It can be considered from different ways as a 1) management system; 2) management or management type; 3) development and implementation of measures; 4) process. The author's interpretation of this definition is proposed. According to the authors, anti-crisis management of the trade enterprise can be defined as a process including four stages: crisis prevention, crisis preparation, crisis response from the business, and reconstruction.
