THE IMPROVEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONALLY-ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF INSURANCE OF AGRICULTURAL CULTURES

In the article are considered methodical principles of forming of organizationally-economic mechanism of insurance of agricultural cultures, the reasons related to expediency of the use of insurance of agricultural cultures in an agrarian sector are found out. Determination of concept "Mechanism of insurance of agricultural cultures" offers in relation to market of insurance services development in Ukraine. Events are reasonable on the improvement of normatively-legal base of functioning of market of insurance services, marked methods of influence on insurance of agricultural cultures by facilities of macroeconomic politics. The mechanism of decision of questions is reflected in relation to conditioning for development of insurance through the uses of modern instruments, that are base on the newest scientific and technical achievements. Experience of foreign countries is analysed for the effective decision of question of motivation of agrarians to encouragement of realization of insurance of the risks and expediency of introduction of the active managed politics of the state, as mortgages of stabilizing of insurance processes at the insurance market. Advantages and lacks of freemarket mechanism of adjusting of insurance of agricultural cultures are exposed in the article and analysed. Certainly aims of development of agrarian insurance and necessity of the use of complex approach through creation of tasks inferior to the specific of agricultural production. Offer chart of insurance of agricultural cultures with pointing of mission, strategy, aim and events of insurance of agricultural cultures according to the strategic aims of socio-economic development of Ukraine for perfection of mechanism of agrarian insurance. There is also presented chart of organizationally-economic mechanism, directions and results of his action with taking into account of the renewed normatively-legal constituent, as to the lever of influence on the results of action of mechanism. Indexes that must positively influence on the processes of insurance of agricultural cultures in case of implementation of strategic directions of development of insurance business in an agrarian are represented.
