Abstract
This article discusses the financial planning system in the vertically integrated company Irkutskenergo. It describes the main stages of financial planning. In this article, authors has analyzed types of financial planning and their characteristics. Also the author gave some examples of possible risks thatmay arise while preparing financial statements.
