MODEL OF FORMATION THE TEACHERS PREPAREDNESS TO IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMPETENT APPROACH IN TEACHING CHEMICAL DISCIPLINES AT PREPARATION MASTER OF PHARMACY IN THE BOGOMOLETS NATIONAL MEDICAL UNIVERSITY

In the conditions of instability and rapid development of didactic provision of teaching disciplines, the concept of a methodical system of education constantly requires correction, that is, development. The level of formation of professional competences in the future masters is an indicator of understanding the specifics of the chosen profession, the ability to see the projection of future professional activities in the educational process of higher education, as well as the characteristics of the effectiveness of the efforts of students to master the content of disciplines of the chemical cycle. The review of this assumption was the starting point for a further research step, the essence of which - in the formation of the readiness of the teaching staff to implement a competent approach in the training of chemical disciplines of future specialists. Structural readiness of teachers to implement a competent approach was presented as a unity of motivational, theoretical and practical components.
