Abstract
This research discussed nonoscillatory properties for resolve of nonlinear neutral differences equation of second order with positive and negative coefficients. The various new conditions which is ensure that all nonoscillatory solutions tend to zero or infinity like are given two examples are illustrate the ordinary results.
