Abstract
A 52-year-old man with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) presented with sudden dyspnea and chest pain because of a spontaneous massive hemothorax. Three-dimensional computed tomographic angiography (3DCTA) revealed an intercostal artery aneurysm. We performed endovascular treatment using coils for aneurysmal embolization. The patient was discharged from the hospital without any complications and remains free of symptoms after 19 months.
