Abstract
The analysis of the globalization impact as an exogenous factor for the development of socioeconomic systems is extremely important to determine the place and role of countries in the world economy. This involves determining the influence of civilizational features on the choice of forms and types of social and economic structure of a society, on the extent and timing of ongoing changes, on the individual shape of business models.
