THE ROLE OF TEACHERS IN THE PROCESS OF CHILD PERSONALITY FORMATION

The person of the teacher increasingly is the second priority in modern educational process, and mechanical facilities more and more is penetrating all spheres of life, including the training and education process. At the same time, direct influence of the teacher on forming outlook of the child is one of major factors of development of the personality, and in the history to it is a lot of evidences. The program of education and training of Cesarevitch Alexander, which was developed and realized by V. A. Zhukovsky, is presented in this article. Its purposes and contents, which did not lose the significance up to the present day, complement our vision of the identity of the poet.
