Abstract
Subdural haematoma (SDH) caused by meningioma is infrequent. Intratumoural bleeding is a frequent feature of this uncommon association. Only few cases have been described in the literature. Here we report, a new case of Meningioma with subdural haemotoma, in a 35 years female who presented with complaints of loss of consciousness and right upper limb weakness, preceded by headache, vomiting and aphasia. Patient was initially treated only for the haemorrhage and the meningioma was diagnosed only during follow up
