Abstract
Violence against women, including human rights issues in nowadays society, can be seen in order to violate woman's rights. Certainly religions play a significant role in order to prevent the violence. As Islam religion can be noted that compared with other religion support respect and human dignity for woman from fourteen centuries ago and therefore it has been opposed to any form of violence against women and humiliation of women in different societies and cultural relativism. According to the process of thinking about women's rights people awareness about its base often will lead the thoughts to human democracy perhaps seeking to this issue from the perspective of Islam lead (us) to find out a foundation based on human dignity that the human rights western universalism has focused its attention on it. Now (with this explanation) it can be concluded that human dignity in Islam is the base of rejection of all kind of violence against women as their rights are considered.
