Abstract
42 years old male, presented with complaints of pain, swelling and deformity of left shoulder joint. Examination revealed abnormal shoulder mobility.X ray of the shoulder joint revealed loss of part of scapula and proxima l third of humerus. Trucut biopsy was done. Histopathology confirmed vanishing bone disease. This case is being presented for its rarity.
