Abstract

The article is devoted to studies of improving the energy efficiency of settlements with a combination of thermal modernization of enclosing structures and rational gas supply schemes, for example with. Suklea (Moldova). The article reveals the problems of energy and resource saving in the construction of buildings at the design stage, as well as the features of laying gas networks in the villages of Transnistria. Held The analysis of energy-saving measures, giving maximum fuel economy during the construction of gas systems in Transnistria, taking into account the density of gas consumption, the area of the gasified area, as well as the conditions of the terrain. The necessity of the use of the multi-criteria analysis technique when optimizing the design and technological solutions of a multilayer thermal modernization system for building envelopes has been substantiated. The presented results of the experiment with the combination of a single-stage-dead-end gas supply scheme based on the influence of dependent factors such as the multi-layer wall-thermal insulation system on the thermal resistance data (R, (m²∙˚С)/W). In the experiment, they varied: constructive solutions for enclosing structures: limestone – shell rock; heat insulation – polyurethane; thickness of each layer of the system. The results of the evaluation of the feasibility study of structural and technological solutions for the thermal modernization of enclosing structures are presented. Based on a multi-criteria analysis, as well as the results of a full-scale experiment, it is established that the optimal solution for improving the energy efficiency of villages is thermal modernization of buildings made of limestone – shell rock, 400 mm thick, with insulation of 75 mm polyurethane. It was revealed that the set of solutions for thermal modernization of walling and a rational single-stage gas supply scheme will increase the thermal resistance of the building walls and reduce gas consumption by 3.3 times, while the economic effect of thermal modernization of residential buildings and the proposed gas supply scheme will be 54822 dollars.
