The methods of managing the originality of innovative product

Abstract
The article critically reviewed the traditional approach to selecting a business idea, further basing on which the innovative product would be created. Starting innovative activities on releasing new products, it is recommended not to dwell on one selected business idea, but to develop it into a product range and to release the modifications to the product market gradually, thereby prolonging the active phase of the innovative product’s life cycle.
