Abstract
Eventration of the diaphragm is an abnormal elevation of the dome of diaphragm. Rare in adults, more common among males and is more likely to affect the left hemidiaphragm. We present a case of 60 years old female with right sided eventration of diaphragm who was treated with open transthoracic multiple plication of diaphragm. We share our experience because of its rarity .
