Abstract
Chondromyxoid fibroma is one of the rarest bone tumour accounting for less than 1 percent of all bone tumors. The tumour is more common in males in 2nd and 3rd decade. The classic site of involvement is metaphyseal ends of long tubular bone, such as tibia , local recurrence of tumor in bone is not uncommon . Treatment consists of resection or extended curettage with bone grafting or bone substitutes. I am reporting a case of chondromyxoid fibroma of distal tibia treated with extended curettage and nonvascularised fibular strut graft with iliac graft and bone substitutes.
