Abstract
Gliomatosis cerebri is an extensively infiltrating glioma involving atleast three lobes of the brain as per WHO Grade III. Affected regions are typically expanded in non destructive (pseudohypertrophic pattern) fashion without formation of tumour nodules. It was first described by Nevin in 1938, endorsed by Scherer (1940). We report a rare case of 40 year old male presented with headache, dementia, lethargy, altered sensorium and right hemiparesis for 6 months as Gliomatosis cerebri WHO Grade II.
