Abstract
The aim of the work is study of polymorphism of protein-based milking capacity genetic markers locus based on PCR. The construction of specific primers to the genetic markers of productivity was conducted, and laboratory samples of PCR test systems for genotyping of protein-based milking capacity genes were worked out.
