ESTIMATION OF LEVEL AND EFFICIENCY OF LABOR RESOURCES USE IN AGRICULTURE OF UKRAINE

The dynamics of the number of labor resources of Ukraine is analyzed and the main indicators of level and efficiency of their use are defined. The level of wages in agriculture is investigated. A comparative analysis of the dynamics of average wages in all industries and average monthly wages in agricultural enterprises was conducted. It is substantiated that the efficiency of labor resources use in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine was negatively affected: low wages; the decline of social infrastructure in rural areas and inefficient state aid. The ratio of growth rates of labor productivity and its payment in agricultural enterprises is analyzed. The excess of the wages growth on its productivity is determined. The necessity of increasing labor productivity in agricultural enterprises is proved.
