Abstract

The purpose of this research; to determine the thoughts of the teachers and students about the undesirable student behaviours that occur in the courses of Religious Cul-ture and Ethics in the teaching-learning process. A questionnaire was developed as a result of interviews with teachers and students and a literature review to collect da-ta on undesirable student behaviours in the classroom. This questionnaire was car-ried out in the city center of Kayseri, the courses of Religious Culture and Et-hics teachers and their students. According to the findings of the study there were significant differences between teachers' and students' answers. The unwanted be-haviors of student in the classroom was examined in three categories; behavior of the loss of interest of the student, partially, distrusting behaviors of class, frequ-ency, however it was observed that the students distrusting behaviors were very ra-rely
