Abstract
A 26 year-old psychotic male patient who was treated with clozapine developed delayed skin lesions and lung infiltrates. The lesions were identified as atypical erethrema multiforme, probably secondary to clozapine, as no other etiologies were identified. Though the onset of the lesions occurred one and a half years after taking Clozapine, the temporal correlation between the discontinuation of Clozapine and the disappearance of the lesions is striking. This hints at a drug related etiology.
