Abstract
Incidence of ectopic pregnancy after Hysterectomy is extremely rare with only 56 cases reported in medical literature(2). If it is not considered as a differential diagnosis of acute abdomen in hysterectomised patient, the diagnosis may be delayed, leading to death. We report an extremely unusual case of ectopic pregnancy which occurred 4years after sub-total Hysterectomy (Indication Atonic post partum haemorrhage) and which presented as acute abdomen with hypovolemic shock.
