Abstract
Cortico venous thrombosis is thrombosis occurring in intracranial veins and sinuses. Being a hypercoagulable state, the chance of CVT increases manyfold in pregnancy and puerperium. It occurs more common in puerperium than pregnancy. Moultiparaous women are more affected than primipara. We present a case of cortico venous thrombosis during antenatal period in a primipara.
