Abstract
Uterine Arteriovenous Malformation are rare lesions with considerable risk potential. Clinical presentation varies from no signs over various degree of vaginal bleeding. Clinical suspicion is essential for a prompt diagnosis and treatment. Site and size to be considered, while deciding treatment modality. In my journal I presented a case which was presented as incomplete abortion without suspicion curettage was done twice. Then it was diagnosed by ultrasound Doppler and confirmed by MRI. Because of torrential bleeding hysterectomy was done.
