Abstract
Intracranial epitheloid hemangioendothelioma is extremely rare. It is a unique vascular tumour with epitheloid appearance. We report a case of intracranial Epitheloid Hemangioendothelioma in clival region which developed in a 57 year old man who presented with complaints of headache. Nasal endoscopy revealed a smooth bulge in the region of sphenoethmoidal recess. CT imaging revealed a hyperdense lesion in the region of clivus. Biopsy of the clival mass confirmed Epitheloid Hemangioendothelioma which is immunopositive for CD-31 supporting endothelial differentiation and negative for CD-68, Smooth muscle Antigen, and HMB -45.
