Abstract
Problem statement. Contemporary concepts of sustainable development and compact cities determine the trends of further growth of storey buildings along with ensuring energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of construction projects. It is quite obvious that the construction of buildings taking into account the requirements for energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of the objects will increase the cost of construction. In connection with this, there is a need for further development of methods for the formation, evaluation, analysis, justification and selection of organizational and technological decisions for the construction of buildings that ensure the efficient use of resources and aimed at ensuring energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of the objects, taking into account the value of urban areas, which will allow us to obtain rational values of project performance indicators. The purpose of the article. Formalizing factors taking into account the requirements for energy efficiency and environmental safety of buildings at all steps of their life cycle – design, construction, operation. Conclusion. In the future, to solve the problem of selection and formalization of organizational and technological and economic factors that characterize the specific requirements for energy saving and biosphere compatibility of buildings in their design, construction and operation and have a decisive influence on the cost of construction, it is advisable to apply methods of expert assessment.
