Abstract
The research was conducted with the objective of bribery election in Jordan and different causes to this crime and the impact of these reasons and causes on election, were excluded for three different causes for bribe's election's spread to recommend Jordan legislator to amend election code by imposing a deterrent punishment to this crime beside to aware citizen's with a serious effect of such practices.
