THE ORGANIZATION OF THE TRAINING PROCESS IN "ARM WRESTLING" LUHANSK NATIONAL UNIVERSITY NAMED AFTER VOLODYMYR DAHL

The article is devoted to consideration of issues of organization of training process in the section "Armwrestling". The article reveals the purpose and objectives of the educational-training process in the section "Armwrestling", reviewed microcycles, mesocycles, macrocycles of the training process in armwrestling, are considered in armsport classes (theoretical, practical, control, competition), submitted basic program of training microcycle. We understand the training process in arm wrestling as a form of training of arm wrestlers, which is a pedagogical process aimed at improving the physical, moral and volitional qualities that determine the readi- ness of athletes to achieve the highest results in arm wrestling
