Method of designing a complex system structure based on the expert assessment taking into account experts’ competence

Abstract
The article deals with the solution of the problem of synthesis of complex systems structures. An expert method is used as the basis for its ЖУРНАЛ НАУКОВИЙ ОГЛЯД № 6(59), 2019 solution. However, the need to establish the correct connections between the individual elements of the structure taking into account the different competence of experts on particular issues of the functioning of various elements of complex systems necessitated the formation of the appropriate scientific and methodical apparatus. The principles of creation and functioning of the system of information collection, processing and analysis are substantiated. A matrix description of the connections between the systems elements is used to process the results of expert evaluation of the structure, the composition and appointment of elements of a complex system and the apparatus of the Boolean algebra is used to determine the resultant structure
