Abstract

A case of dentigerous cyst with supernumerary tooth in the floor of the maxilla is presented. Dentigerous cyst most commonly involve maxillary canine, maxillary third molar and rarely maxillary anteriors. This case is dentigerous cyst involving left maxilla with supernumerary tooth removed by Caldwell luc approach.
