Abstract
Solitary neurofibroma involving nose and paranasal sinuses are extremely rare even though the head neck region is a common site of neurogenic tumours. Usually they occur in multiple and in association with Neurofibramatosis-2 syndrome. Here, we present a rare case report of solitary neurofibroma over dorsum of the nose of an 23 years aged old female patient. We discuss the clinical presentation, imaging characteristics and treatment of this rarely encountered lesion. We will have to consider such a rare tumour in differential diagnosis of a unilateral soft tissue mass of nasal cavity.
