Analysis of situations at forming the price on intellectual property right objects

The article researched the features of existent situations which arise up in the process of selling (commercialization) the object of the intellectual property right. It has been established that there are three kinds of such situations. Special attention is awarded to a situation which in the scientific world got the name of: «forming the price on the objects of intellectual property at corporate transactions». The detailed analysis of the indicated situation, which allowed to give the objective estimation of such situation’s influence on forming the price on the IP objects, has been conducted.
