DILEMMA OF THE EPOCH: THE RESTRICTION OF THE NOTION DEMOCRACY IN STATE AND ECONOMICS MANAGEMENT

From historical perspectives already then, even in its very infancy, democracy was not for everyone. It may be assumed that such a deformation of the present day democracy is due to the incorrectly interpreted current structure of society. The public is not a homogeneous formation. Then, it is worth discussing what way would be the most proper to rank a heterogeneous society by granting voting qualifications to its individual members. When discussing the democracy and its level in various discussions, often it is said that when analyzing the degrees of freedom of democracy one can discuss it boundaries between anarchy and dictatorship. So the country's forms of government are almost equated with possible degrees of freedom of democracy.
