Abstract

In the article such problem of professional education as influence of psychological barriers on learning efficiency is considered. Training, being process of interaction between the teacher and the student, has difficult structure with polymotivation of both parties. Very large number of factors – as the objective, connected with training conditions, and subjective, connected with the personality trainees and teachers, the relation of students to educational activity, existence of positive experience of overcoming of problems, etc. – has impact on the efficiency of such interaction. Training represents difficult system, which set of elements are connected among themselves as linearly, and probabilistically and not linearly. The structure of some system surely includes barriers which task is in preservation of integrity of system and prevention of its disintegration. Educational activity of students consists of external and internal activities. Semantic barriers arise at students in educational activity and influence its efficiency. The semantic sphere of the person constantly develops that creates potential for an exit to new, higher levels of the development. Overcoming of the semantic barrier leads to improvement of quality of educational activity. Existence of rigid and stagnating semantic barriers brakes and distorts educational activity.
