Abstract

The author generalizes results of practice of forensic psychological-psychiatric inquiries regarding underage delinquents and presents the tragedy of the modern teenager personality formation (clearly manifested in the nature of crimes committed by him, motives of criminal acts, attitude to committed crimes, violation of the value-semantic assessment of the committed delict).
