Abstract
Economic and social changes in the society affect the formation of values. Priorities that used to seem unshakable are replaced by others. New value-based orientations emerge, and thus old ideals and traditions are destroyed and a new type of personality is formed. The society, the habitat with natural, chaotic, unwritten demands and principles change (often distorting) views of not yet fully formed personality, often unconsciously destroying efforts of those trying to positively affect the personality - parents, teachers and all those caring about youth today.
