Abstract
The author has described the role of adaptive individual and psychological peculiarities of a worker (operation personnel) of the power enterprise as well as the ability to regulate the level of development of professionally important qualities in his/her psychological readiness. Also the author has determined principal requirements to the reliability of professional activity and reasons of mistakes made by workers of power enterprises in emergency situations.
