Abstract

Aim of the work was to study the rate of adverse outcomes of pregnancy that characterizes rendering of perinatal care in the Krasnoyarsk region in obstetric organizations of different levels. Materials and Methods. A retrospective analysis of the data obtained in continuous Regional statistical observation, form №232 «Data on the regionalization of obstetric and perinatal care in maternity hospitals (departments) and perinatal centers», was carried out in the Krasnoyarsk territory in 2012 and 2017. Results. The analysis of parameters characterizing unfavorable outcomes of pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period in the Krasnoyarsk region for the studied period showed that over a 6-year period there was a significant decline of all parameters except the share of childbirth on the 22th-27th weeks of pregnancy. The rate of decline of the share of critical obstetric conditions for the period from 2012 to 2017 was 94.26%. At the same time, the main decline of this parameter occurred in the period from 2012 to 2015 (the rate of decline – 82.8%), and in the rest of the period the decline was less significant. Conclusion. Creation of a three-level system of medical care in the Krasnoyarsk region led to a decrease in adverse outcomes of pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. At I level of care, there is a high proportion of adverse outcomes, which is higher than at II and III levels. This fact indicates the need for development of a new or improvement of the existing technology of routing pregnant women in the Krasnoyarsk region, which will reduce maternal and infant mortality in the Krasnoyarsk region.
