Development of the algorithm for optimized investment plans in energy efficiency

This material, being the second part of our paper from the issue 2, 2014, suggests further development of the topic of optimized investment plans in energy efficiency with construction of the algorithm based on target indicators. This approach is useful to high energy consumption enterprises, where energy-saving projects require high level of capital budgeting and a long payback period.
