Abstract
This article is dedicated to supplement and clarify the new requirements for fire safety of buildings and structures. The article describes the main national and international safety standards. The definition of the terms “security”, “out the dangers” and “risk” is considered. There have been highlighted changes to the requirements for fire safety of buildings and structures, which entered into force on 1 January 2013. Also there were discussed the changes that are lawful in the spring of 2013 and the changes are only in the design.
