Abstract
Study of an emergency situation related with flood of the jet fuel RT is continued in this work by the BS, BST1, BST2 è FreeBST methods. Original positions of BST-methods are viewed. Calculation of overpressure VCE is executed for a settlement emergency situation with 2D, 2,5D both 3D-configurations and various views of environmental space. New equation Mf = 0,1138Mw 2 + + 1,2463Mw + 0,0292 is offered for transfer of Lagrangian Mach number (Mw) in Eulerian Mach number (Mf ). Calculations of 1–3 zones of destructions on PB 09-540–03, BS TNT–TNO and RB G-5-05-039–96 methods are well comparable among themselves. Evaluations on RD 03-409–01, BST1, BST2 and FreeBST methods yield the relatives results for short-range zones of destructions. Forecasts of 1–3 zones of destructions by SP 12.13130.2009, GOST Ð 12.3.047–98 and PB 09-540–03 are comparable among themselves. Cross of predictions of zones of destructions is observed in case of the detonation regime of RB G-5-05-039–96 and 8–10 classes of explosions of ME–TNO. Forecasts ME–TNO and BST methods will well be compounded among themselves.
