ANALYSIS OF CONCEPT OF RISK, DANGER AND SAFETY

This article gives an analysis of the current state of regulations in the field of fire safety. It was determined that a new concept “fire risk assessment” was introduced. The basic definition of “risk”, “danger”, “security” were considered and them comprehensive analysis was performed. In the analysis statements of many academics in the field of security at the facilities protection were applied. The questions of risk management, risk, the possibility of nullification of risk and achieve absolute security were considered. It was concluded that in cause of risk management, we can reduce the severity and increase the maximum possible safety of objects.
