Abstract

The basic Russian and European laws and normative documents that establish general requirements for methods of fire tests of building constructions and the use of temperature conditions that take into account real fire conditions are provided. The degree of conformity these regulatory documents harmonized by different methods (identical, modified, non-equivalent) are compared; similarities and differences provisions, criteria and parameters are analyzed. The data on the newly the draft standards for fire resistance is represented; justified their joint action, by reason of the introduction of additional of temperature conditions that take into account real conditions of fire: hydrocarbon curve, external fire exposure curve, slow heating curve. Established that at the moment most of the standards have a high degree of harmonization among themselves. Is forecast to continue the process of harmonization of European and Russian regulatory documents in the direction of development methodology extended application of test results for fire resistance; harmonization document containing techniques of assessing results fire tests, including with use of fire protection based on differential equations, numerical methods regression, methods graphical representation. The conclusion is the need for global systematization of calculated and experimental methods for assessing fire resistance of building structures and their harmonization with the existing legal and regulatory framework of the Russian Federation in the field of fire safety
