Abstract
The article substantiates the importance of controlling innovation business as a venture capital management system. The specifics of controlling as a venture capital management system are explored. The peculiarities of venture capital as the basis of venture capital investment are analyzed. The application of controlling tools in venture investment is substantiated. The tasks of the system of controlling innovation business, its main tools and methods are determined.
