Abstract
In this study, against the background of the existing state of the hotel business in Ukraine, an attempt was made to provide systemic coverage and update the problem of providing hospices in Ukraine and the possibility of expanding the hospice network, both public and commercial structures of a hotel type with a special orientation. The informational basis was the author's research in the field of hospice development, as a type of hotel business in Ukraine. The novelty of the research lies in the attempt to combine the hotel business and medical institutions in relation to persons with disabilities, which would greatly facilitate their condition and the condition of their families, both in physiological and moral sense.
