EUROBONDS AS AN INSTRUMENT FOR FINANCING DOMESTIC ENTERPRISES

The article explores the essence, features and types of corporate Eurobonds. The advantages and disadvantages of attraction of financial resources at the expense of corporate Eurobonds in comparison with other debt instruments are determined. The schemes of the issue of Eurobonds are illustrated. The current state of the Eurobond market in Ukraine is analyzed, the main factors contributing or hindering the development of the Eurobond market in Ukraine are substantiated. As a theoretical and methodological basis, the system of general scientific and special methods, in particular methods of scientific abstraction and synthesis, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, observation and comparison, are used.
