CHARACTERISTICS OF THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO DEFINITION OF ESSENCE OF CONCEPT CRISIS FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

In the conditions of the transition economy of Ukraine and the crisis phenomena inherent in a market economy, the issue of timely and adequate anti-crisis financial management of enterprises becomes relevant. An important aspect in the field of crisis management is the development of certain methods and tools that will be aimed at strengthening and achieving the stability of financial stability of enterprises and securing from liquidation and bankruptcy. The main reason for the crises of domestic enterprises is the lack of flexibility in management in the conditions of environment variability and the lack of clearly distinguished subsystems, which should provide clear control and diagnostics of the existence of crises in the financial activities of economic entities, relating to financial indicators of the enterprise, determination of riskiness of bankruptcy and capital investment, іnvestigating the investment attractiveness of an entity. Already, given the indicators of crisis management, the company must adapt to changing the environment, while using all available resources. The lack of clear plans for crisis management in enterprises that are at the brink / in a crisis is one of the main reasons for bankruptcy, it would seem, potential profitable enterprises. All this requires understanding the processes and defining the essence of the concept of "anti-crisis financial management" of its goals and functions. There is a large number of researchers approaching the definition of "crisis-based financial management of the enterprise." In this article the main approaches to determining the definition of the crisis financial management of the enterprise are investigated, the purpose, goals, object-subjective basis are formed, the main functions of crisis management are defined in order to create a fundamental basis for the solution of the crisis of domestic enterprises.
