ANALYSIS OF SPECIFICS OF INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS OF ROTOR-STATOR MIXERS

According to the research results of the installation types of rotor-stator mixers in the industrial lines, it has been revealed that their combination with other technological equipment can significantly improve the efficiency of production both related to the process intensification and to the products quality. The influence of the method of the rotor-stator mixers inclusion in the industrial lines on the processes efficiency and the products quality has been determined. The authors and discuss the types of the rotor-stator mixers connection, depending on their type, working environment and technological purpose. The authors conclude on the modern tendencies of manufacturing application of the rotor-stator mixers.
