The key objectives of The Scientific and Research Institute of Intellectual Property at The National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, the implementation of the main tasks of the Institute, the financing procedure, the main areas of work and research, the functions of the main departments within the Institute, paid services provided by the Institute, the role of the Institute in normative and educational activities were investigated.
