Abstract
The operational reliability of the KSG-2,1 mowing machine has been investigated and it has been revealed that the most frequently damaged parts of the restored parts are fingers, which are deformed and broken. Replacing them with new ones is costly. To repair broken steel fingers, it is proposed to use the method of welding broken parts of fingers using electrodes using manual arc welding. In order to compare the level of performance of new and welded fingers, in the laboratory were tested for strength using a press, as well as production tests were carried out. The results are positive.
